Are your products safe to use?

All our products are made of natural and organic ingredients. Products have also gone through proper testing and FDA approval to ensure that everything we make is safe for use.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Unopened, our products have a shelf life of up to 24 months. Once opened, they’ll stay good for 3 months. Make sure to keep them sealed and dry in between each use. Keep out of direct sunlight.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

99% of our users do not experience negative skin reactions when applying our products. However, we always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before using on your body. If you have sensitive skin, or if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

How soon will I see results?

Most people see smoother, clearer skin after only one use, however, results may vary. Some see visible results after 7 days and satisfying results vary.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not! The only bodies we touch are of the human kind.

What are my payment options?

My Skin Origins accepts Visa and Mastercard payments via PayPal. Or if you’d prefer, we are also happy to accept payment via PayPal Express Checkout and Direct Bank Transfers. All orders paid by Direct Bank Transfer will be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed and received.

Are online transactions secure?

My Skin Origins takes customer security very seriously. Any information entered on our website will be protected by secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We also use ultra-strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?

Yes! We send out an email notification immediately after you place your order. Once your product ships, we will email you again to let you know it’s on the way. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

Does My Skin Origins have a minimum order policy?

Nope. We do not have a minimum order policy.

Does My Skin Origins offer wholesale pricing?

What are My Skin Origin's shipping methods?

We use JRS Express for shipping within the Philippines. 

We use DHL or Fedex for international shipping

How long does it take to receive products?

Once your order is received and successfully processed, we’ll ship your package within 24 hours. From there, delivery times will vary among countries. Customs clearance and efficiency of your local postal service can affect estimated delivery. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included as delivery days. Delivery within Philippines 4-7 business days. For international shipment, please allow 7-14 working days.

What details need to be included on my shipping address?

To avoid shipping and delivery delays, you must make sure to fill out your shipping address completely and correctly, including a house number, street name, city, postal code, country and contact number.
